Who Wouldn’t Want a Personal Trainer?

A Personal Trainer is a coach, role model, educator and a cheerleader who will assess your current fitness level and customize a program to fit your needs, budget and schedule.I offer personal training, where I come to your home, your office or a park — I make the workout fun wherever we end up. Each workout will combine a warm up, cardio, and strength training for an exciting workout with variety to challenge your body and hold your interest.

I also offer group training in small groups of 2-5 people. Group training combines the close guidance and instruction of personal training with the motivation and fun that comes with a group workout. As more people join the group, the price goes down with a maximum price of $40 per person for 1-4 sessions a week (2+ is recommended).

Everyone has a different reason for using a personal trainer. I work with both men and women who want to achieve one of the below goals;
